I got 4lak ranking in neet & I'm from OBC & have 371 , is there any possiblity to getting any medical seats?

see cutoff score changes in every year and it depends on certain factors like number of applicants, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category etc. however your score is too low and rank is quite high, there is no chances for AI quota seat , you did not mention the states name from which you belongs to. also tough chances for state quota government colleges mbbs course in any of the state,

You got 371 marks in NEET 2020 and being from OBC category, you may get Medical seat in private colleges. From your profile , came to know you are from Karnataka. You may try in Ramaiah college, MVJ college. It also depends upon cut off of the college, cut off depends upon number of candidates appeared and qualified in exam, previous year's cut off , difficulty level of exam etc
