As per your question, according to your marks your rank would be in around 42k to 44k . As you didn't mention your category so I considered you under general category. Honestly so as per this rank your chances would be low to get in any government colleges in tamil nadu. But don't worry you may get good colleges as per your rank and category. Based on your score your overall rank would be 46137 - 56287. Cutoffs depends on factors like number of seats, number of candidates applying , the highest marks scored, category etc. This year the competition has increased with the highest score being 720. So even though scoring 500+ is good, you mark is not enough for good government colleges in Tamilnadu . A minimum of 550+ is needed to stand a chance for a govt. seat through All India Quota . But , you can try for state counselling , you may have good options . You may get government quota seats in good private colleges too.
