As you said you have enough good marks and under state quota you can get admission in any government medical or government dental college as in first round of counseling student with general category got seats till 511 marks and your marks are above that . So here I am attaching a link and do participate in other round of counseling and if you don't get seat in second round then mop up round is still an option.
