I got 520 with domicile of Haryana in Neet 2020... what are the chances to get medical college

first of all congratulations for getting stretch marks actually this is a good marks for national entrance examination test. Actually you have not mention about which category you belongs to. The cutoff trend changes every year. So it is quite difficult to predict the right colleges. But in this marks your rank can be between 37-38k.
And in which rank you may get a govt college if you belongs to some catagory. Otherwise you definitely get a government seat in private colleges also.
