If your 12th % is 64 then I am sorry to tell you that you will not be eligible for for nit, IIT, iiit, bit mesra and from this year but sindri is also taking admission through JEE main so you will not get bit sindri as well. You should go for private colleges KIIT, silicon institute etc.

Well if your CBSE board marks is 64 percent then I am sorry to inform that you cannot get admission in any NIT/IIT/IIIT/GFTI which includes BIT Mesra as well. For any JOSAA institute you need to have either 75 percent marks or be in top twenty percentile.
BIT Sindhri takes entrance based on Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination (JCECE) so it has no co-relation with JEE Main marks.
