i got 53.69 percentile in jee main ( All india sc category rank is 38977) i am belong to sc category can i get any government engineering college ?? i am from Maharashtra

Actually this is a very average percentile. And in that percentile your general rank might be over 3.5lakhs. as per you have mentioned your all India SC category rank is about 39000.
