According to your rank and category , you can try for many iiit's like pune , bhagalpur , una , surat , kalyani etc , otherwise you can try for your home state amd medium nit also same is the case with north eastern nit's , the cutoff is generally lesser . Some good colleges like bit mesra and pec chandigarh also participate in josaa , so you can get a decent branch like production  , in them .

Do apply for home state counselling also as you can get some good state government engineering colleges in your state .  Hence do apply for the csab round and state government counselling and you might get a good college .

According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you have good chances in some lower NITs like NIT Hamirpur, NIT Goa, NIT Silchar and so on if you deserves Home state quota for them but if not then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
