According to the rank, you have achieved and home state quota you can opt for  NIT, Trichy. This is some of the branches you will get Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Instrumentation Technology, Metallurgical Engineering.

Actually your percentile is too low according toy assistance I can say that chances of nit are low where as you can except the more chances for iiit's
