see score differ year to year and college to college. but you need to understand 604 is not enough to get a seat in mtech in old iits or nits. you can consider new iits like iit jodhpur, patna, gandhi nagar, iit tirupati and palakand.. for nits you can apply in nit sikkim, manipur, durgapur. you may apply in ms in iit guwahati or roorkee where gate cutoff in comparatively low with respect to mtech.
