Congratulations for your jee result. As per your question honestly you cannot give jee advance as your percentile is not sufficient as per jee mains cutoff as this year jee cutoff is around 90percentile . Even if you belong to ews general category then also you cannot go for jee advance as ews gives 10percent reservation to general student. With 61 percentile in JEE mains you have failed to qualify JEE mains as you belong to ews category and qualifying cut off percentile for ews category is 70.2435518 percentile and thus you are not eligible for JEE advanced examination
As you have not qualified JEE main, you are not eligible for even josaa counselling and thus cannot get into NIT , IIT gftis etc
