Well I think u will surely get adminission in iust and may be u will get cs in iust awantipora but if you didn't got cs later you can ask for Upgradation of your course

With 64 score your JEE mains rank will be around 169542-92303. Although marks vs ranks varies every year depending upon different various factors like no of students appear, difficulty level of question etc. Your rank is not so good. You will face difficulties to get admission in CS branch.
