With the score you're mentioning you'll get a rank somewhere between 11000-13000 in SC category. Though the closing rank for SC candidates in NLUs Shimla and Jabalpur is approximately 8000 but considering the seats chances are very less that you'll get into those colleges. But there are legions of good colleges out there with equally good academic background so have high hopes, you've a decent score.
