JEE Mains one of the well known exam of engineering.
JEE Mains cut off 2019 has been announced.It is that minimum score which is required to qualify JEE Mains 2019.Cut off of JEE Mains is decided by NTA.It is different for General,OBC,ST,PWD categories.In JEE Mains Cut off is decided to select candidates for JEE Advance.
Other than this,there is also an opening and closing cut off of JEE Main.It is maximum or minimum rank at which candidates get admission in IIT's,NIT's and other IIIT's.

68.66 is very low percentile score ; your general rank is around 3lakhs and OBC rank is near about 1 lakh.
Taken into account the previous years trends ; not possible to get good colleges like nits ; IIITs etc ( possible only low ranking nits like Goa ; Arunachal Pradesh; srinagar etc.)
I would suggest you to go in private or state government college instead of low rank nit a;you can go in Thapar ; cu ; dcrust ; etc.
