Probably, 69 marks aren't good enough for getting admission into an NIT. If u've given other examinations like COMEDK, VITEEE or other state board exams, then they can offer you a variety of good colleges.Nowadays skills are something which matters the most. But if you are really ambitious for IIT or NIT, then you can always take a drop and go for the best. Good Luck !!
