Hello Aspirant,

See till now there is no any notification regarding JEE 2023 and note that for JEE-Main there is never any requirement of any minimum percentage but for admission to NITs/IIITs/GFTIs it was required and since last two years the criteria has been waived off but if it gets restored in next year then the candidates not fulfilling it can do appear for JEE-Main but will not be eligible for admission to NITs/IIITs/GFTI on the basis of their JEE-Main score and also they can't appear for JEE-Advance.

To overcome this situation what candidates can do is they can appear for improvement examination and can improve the score.

Hello aspirant,

See, As per the latest notification, the NTA has removed 75% marks criteria from the minimum eligibility percentage norms . However when it comes to JEE Mains Arch & Planning candidates must score a minimum of 50% marks in Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics along with 50% aggregate in the overall examination. This was for 2022.

But for 2023 it is not known yet. What I think is that since classes have not been affected much, so there is very less chance for removal of 75% criteria in JEE main 2023 . Thus, it's better to focus on preparation and try to score at least 75% in board exams.

Further, if you have scored less percentage in class 12th, what you can do is that you can give again class 12th, (If you want) otherwise, you can give some other entrance engineering exams (Like state level engineering entrance exams).

Further, to know more about the JEE mains Complete details and Information, you can follow below mentioned link to know more : https://engineering.careers360.com/exams/jee-main

I hope that this will help.
