Yes surely as you belong to the other backward caste you surely can get a college for pursuing bachelor's in arts in various streams. The colleges you would get will be of the south campus and not any of the top notch colleges either of the south or the north campus . You will get  a college by the 4-5 th cutoffs if seats remain vacant by then .
