I got 74.8 percent in CBSE class 12 and want to drop ,if I scored above 250 in jee mains ( next year ) so can I get any NIT college.

No. Please don't be misguided, unless you have more than 75% in CBSE or are in top 20 percentile (86.2 in 2017 & 88.6 in 2016), you cannot get admission in any IIT or NIT even if you are AIR 1. Please appear for improvement exam first than take a drop.
