Hello Vaibhav,

Sorry but with 75/200 in MHTCET 2019 you cannot get CSE in PCCOE.
The cutoff usually stays around 140 in MHTCET.
Here's a link to MHTCET cutoffs for years 2015 to 2018 which you may refer.

Note that cutoffs change due to many factors and this is just to give you an idea.
