I got 75 percentile in jee mains but I am not qualified for advance because cut off was 78 . So won't I get any government college on basis

JEE Main 2019 Qualifying cutoff is 89.7548849 as General category. You should meet the cutoff to be eligible for JEE Advance & JOSSA counselling. But you can try for the state level colleges accept JEE Main score. To know your admission possibilities in state level colleges, You can use JEE Main College Predictor tool given below.
