Hello Candidate,
With your mentioned percentile your general category rank will be around 2.1 Lakh. The authorities have not declared any official cut off lists yet for 2019, it will be published after JEE main April session, but according to previous years data the closing rank for computer science and engineering at Bannari Amman college was around 16K (16208 in 2017, 16123 in 2016).
So you got negligible chances of getting CSE at Bannari Amman.
