I got 78.37 percentile in jee mains general category. can I get thakur college of engineering,Mumbai through home state quota ?

Considering the rank formula and the previous year cutoffs your rank will be around 1.9-2Lakhs( General Rank).
Considering last year cutoffs for Thakur College you must have a rank under 45K for cse, under 90K for ECE as well as Electronics and under 85K for Mech.
