Hi jyothi,

apeamcet  is a entrance exam for all engineering colleges and based on your Ipe marks and eamcet marks your rank will be decided and also your caste as per reservation  your college will be decided and if you want to do your engineering in top colleges with free of cost then u need to score less then 5000 rank because of your reservation but as of your caste you get 70% as reimburesment from government if u apply based on obc category , and as of your ipe marks you need to score marks more then 110+ so there is few chances to get free seat without paying single rupee but even if u score rank in your eamcet between 20k-30k also don't worry u get free seat also in affilated colleges but u need to pay a little amount and fee category  it completely depends on the college u got

Hope this information is helpful
