i got 83 percentile in jee mains 2021 feb in sc category and i also apply for next april attempt due to covid exams are postponed . but i wish to crack jee advance upcoming .it is possible? how to apply and what are next steps towards best aerospace collage ?

According to the precentile and category mentioned by you in the question you have good chances to get qualified for JEE-Advance2021 because 83 percentile is more than enough to qualify for JEE-Advance 2021, the reason being is, on the basis of previous year's analysis the qualifying cut-of for SC category is expected to be around 50-55 percentile.
