See ethw percentile u have scored is below the qualifying score of the JEE ADVANCED i.e 89% , so u are not eligible to take that exam. U should be opting for other state colleges or private institution for ur btwch career as this percentile won't be helping u in getting a seat in the NITs and other good colleges due to ur low score.
