It would be difficult to tell you the exact about the qualifying cutoff & admission possibilities. This score seems enough to qualify the exam but chances seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.

You can go for the state level counselling like Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh Etc. for B.tech CSE programme.

I would also suggest you to appear for JEE Main 2020 April Session again if you wish to get admission in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs.
