In 2020 the qualifying cut off percentile for JEE Main was follows
IN 2021 the cut off percentile is expected to be as follows
You haven't mentioned the category you belong to. Assuming that you belong to general category you may not qualify in JEE Main if your percentile score is 85 because the expected cut off percentile for JEE Main is 90-95 for general category. If you belong to any other reserved category you have good chances to qualify in JEE Main and appear for JEE Advanced.
Cut off depends on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. It may increase or decrease depending on these factors.
