I got 86 marks in JEE advanced 2018 ..I cannot qualify OBC merit list ..can I get IIT through supernumerary quota?

Since now u have cleared above 81, 

U don't have to do that.

You need to satisfy the cut off to be included in the merit list first. Only then you can get a seat under supernumerary quota.
