With a percentile of 86 in jee mains 2020, your rank should be around 150000 to 200000. With this rank, if you are from general or OBC category, then you won't be getting any seats in NITs, IIITs and top government engineering colleges. If you are from ST or SC, then you migh get some lower branches in some newer IIITs and government engineering colleges.
