Assuming you to be belonging to general category, you can get admission in B.Com (prog) in delhi university. You won't be able to get into north campus colleges lest you belong to a minority class. But you will definitely have decent south campus colleges for pursuing your further studies (like Aryabhatta, ARSD, CVS).
