No, as your jee rank is too high i don't think you have any chance of getting any course in YMCA. I recommend you to search for private universities as your 12th percentage is good enough and if you clear the entrance exam of any private college you might even get some concession in the fees. There are alot of good private universities like Chandigarh Unviersity, Vellore Institute of Technology etc. Please search for the best universities suitable for you soon by checking other eligibility criterias.

Your rank is not in near thousands, and the cutoff as per previous records for ECE was about 32000 so you probably won't get admission into this college. Even if you are looking forward for a branch of your choice too which is really very obvious then its a really hard deal.
