I got 88.7 percentile and my rank is 127368 and I belong to obc category. So can I get cs branch or any of the branch in nit Patna or other

With a rank of 1,27,368 in the OBC category, it becomes difficult for one to secure a seat in the NIT'S when comparing with the cut offs of last year since in NIT Patna the closing rank for CSE was around 9,000 for OBC. However you can predict the colleges in the followng link:
