Hi. This completely depends on the university policy. I believe that you should contact the university via emaail or pyhone as soon as possible and explain your situation. I think they should consider your request. But in the end it will be their decision.

Interested candidates are requested to attend the counselling on 1st June -2019 & 2nd June 2019 at either VIT AP or VIT Bhopal campus.

That was the official notification released by VIT Vellore.There are a few seats vacant in these instituions.

You could attend counselling at any one of the above mentioned campuses on the dates mentioned above.
