i got 92% percent in 12th boards and 76.4 percentile in jee mains because of NTA's negligence.(I had also sent an email to NTA but nothing worked.) can I get btech CS in Uttrakhand technical University? (I am a resident of Uttarakhand and from general category).

To be honest it's difficult to predict about a person if she will be getting a particular branch or not because Uttarakhand Technical University doesn't releases any official data about its cut off.
Although some conditions are considered while deciding the cut offs like choices filled by the candidates, number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and toughness level of the paper.
As per my view there are more chances for core branches in this college.
