hello ambati...

your jee score of 92.05 is not good enough for getting admission in any nits or iits unless you belong to any reserved categories. well for the general category the expected cutoff for this year as predicted by result analysis of previous year is about 89.75. for further cutoff prediction of this year refer to this link. the link is given below..
