HI Aspirant,
Cutoff generally changes from year to year based on several factors.However as per the last year's trends you can get chances in low tier NITs like Goa,Hamirpur,Ranchi etc.You can expect them in second to third rounds based on last years trends.You can also try streams such as Civil,Mechanical etc.
