It would be difficult for u to secure seat even in 2 private colleges. U may check last year cutoff from IPU site

The chances of getting a government college with a rank of 940 is not very assuring as there are very few government college in IPU BSc Nursing and the seats are pretty limited. But I would still recommend you to sit for the counselling as your rank is within 1000 and the outcome in these borderline good cases sometimes goes into the favour of aspirant.
