Well, it would be easier for to decide if you had told your category as well.

So for general category, you hold almost nil chance of getting admission in IISER. 

As IISER takes the general category students who have rank within 10k. 

So I would recommend to prepare for IISER aptitude test and to score well. Because 50% of the seats are reserved for the student qualifying their aptitude test.

Getting rank predicted 100% accurate with JEE ADVANCED is tricky as it changes every year due to differences in the difficulty of paper by IITs.

Coming to IISER, the major purpose of IISER is research. So if you're interested in research activities then only you should join it.
