Hello aspirant ! See one basic difference between a Gate qualified and unqualified student you should know. The difference is that the person who qualifies Gate he will get admission in college For Mtech but he will not receive any stipend. And a gate qualified person gets stipend. So with rank of 95 in appgecet you can get admission but you won't be paid.
