Last ywar cut off for various branches round 6 for Muslim category was

Computer Engineering 35303
Electronics and Communication Engineering 55163

Based upon this score you can easily get mechanical engineering in JMI. But chances fir CSE are difficult but you can fill cse as options who knows you may get it.
