I got 96.8 percentile in mains I am an obc student which nit can I get in cse

On such percentile even after considering your OBC quota you have almost no chances to get CSE in any of the NITs but you can go for some other colleges that are discussed below.
As per your percentile in JEE-Main 2022,
>>>>> your OBC rank is expected around 8000-10000 .
Now on such rank and category you can have chances in following colleges for CSE branch based on your JEE-Main rank :-
Institute of Engineering and Technology (IET), Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow
International Institute of Information Technology, Bhubaneswar
J. C. Bose University of Science and Technology, YMCA
Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Sangrur
