First of all,congratulations for the wondeful marks you secured in your IPE exam.
Secondly,Sastra University gives admission based on JEE marks as well as IPE marks,i.e,under two criterias called stream1 and stream2.
Stream 1: H as 70% of seats and a dmissions are given by taking 25% weightage of JEE mains and 75% of boards.
Stream 2: A dmission on the basis of board marks only. But it has only 30% of seats , so for this criteria you should be having 95 or 95+ for securing your seat as in this criteria ,the competition may be very tough and ofcourse you are in the top of the list.So yes,you can definitely get into Sastra University.
The chances for CSE and ECE maybe less but try your luck.
