i got 99.6 percentile under b categeory do i get computer science in colleges like jntu osmania cbit etc

Yes you can get a seat in JNTU and Osmaina in computer science engineering as you your rank will be in 3000 so you have a good hope of getting CSE.
It will be better if you fill the choices correctly
