Yes definitely you are eligible for second round of IPU Counselling. That Seat Acceptance Letter is temporary and must have stated your Float Status and your Current Seat Allotment, after payment of the Seat acceptance fee. Henceforth if you are alloted a seat in your higher preference in Round w you will receive a new Seat Allotment Letter.

mujhe ipu counselling ke first round me akhilesh das gupta it branch mili thi par mane first round me usse float kr diya tha or mujhe fir baad me usar btech/mtech dual degree mili ai-ml me second round me kya me apni first round ki seat ko reatined kr sakta hu pls agar koi option he to mujhe ipuke third round me participate nhi krna
