TS EAMCET BiPC 2021 counselling is concluded. You cannot claim the seat if you have cancelled the seat or didn't take admission. You may have to seek admission under management quota in the institute in which you are interested to seek admission if there are vacant seats available under Management Quota or you have to appear for TS EAMCET 2022 Entrance and qualify in it to seek admission to Pharm.D this year.
