Dear student,
As you have secured 8697 rank from SC category in JEE mains 2020 then congratulations you can get a seat in NIT, even if you belong from other state.
As you are a female candidate then as per seeing last year cutoff closing rank for all NITs here is the list of nits that you can get on basis of your rank :-

Nit hamirpur
Nit agartala
Nit jalandhar
Nit kurukshetra
Nit delhi
Nit calicut (low chances)
Nit silchar
Nit srinagar
Nit durgapur
Nit patna
Nit nagaland
