i got domicile of assam but my father is in army that's why we keep moving and i didn't did my 10th 12th from assam am i eligible for 85% quota of assam

Your father is in army so generally you are moving around the India. And don't worry about the residential certificate. Because if your father live in Assam then you are domicile residence in Assam. Either you can't give the 10th and 12th from Assam but it's not the problem. But if your father is not from Assam then you can't apply for residential certificate. Where your father born this is your residential certificate.
