Ya sure but your obc certificate should be from central government not from state government If you make your certificate from telagana government then it will not work in du so your certificate should be from central government issued after or from 30 March or if you doesn't do these work it doesn't work. Yes you are eligible under obc category but make sure your obc certificate is issued after 2017.
