Hello,
If once you have chosen for float option then you cant change it till next round of counselling but there is way that your fokat will consider se as slide only.
From this year the seat filling choice can be read danger after every round of counselling. So what you need to do is the college A you have got nos, put all the other colleges above it in the seat choice list below it for the 2nd round counselling. So you song get any other colleges .
