I got seat in AU in first counselling and i'm happy with my college and have done report at college. I haven't attended second counselling. The official website says last date to report is 23/09/19. Do i have to report again in the AU college?!

Congratulations for getting AU it is really a very good college for sure. Now as you have already reported at the college once when you qualified for it and should have completed all the formalities, you need not to report at the college for the second time. It is for those who are further included in the second round of counselling.
