I got seet in ku warangal I paid turion fee but did not confirm it I can attend for2councling if I don't get nice seet in 2 phase.can I join

You have paid the counseling fees or the fees for seat locking in KU, Warangal. If you have locked your seat then you can join the KU even after the 2nd round of counseling but if not you might not get a seat for admission.
